TRAINING & MAINTENANCE OF VEHICLES
• To ensure the safety of our vehicles, all the drivers are made aware of the latest developments in the maintenance of the vehicle i.e. Proper oils, genuine spare parts/accessories & necessary lubricants which are used for normal wear & tear of the vehicle.
• The training covers areas such a vehicular maintenance, proper healthy checkups of the vehicle, real-time/practical procedure to cure/handle the vehicle in case of immediate/sudden breakdown.
• Regular vehicle checks on weekends are conducted with training programs to keep the drivers in check.
TRAFFIC & ROAD SAFETY AWARENESS
• Rash driving can lead to unavoidable situations / circumstances. So, Drivers are made to understand that safety is the first priority for best cab service.
• Road Safety Awareness programs make sure that the drivers understand and follow road safety rules and regulations while driving the vehicle.
• We provide regular testimonials to our drivers & keep ourselves updated with the recent guidelines issued by the Government & concerned authorities regarding new Traffic Laws & Traffic Rules.
CHAUFFER TRAINING
We have specified training programs for Drivers and we conduct regular weekly and monthly trainings.
This Training is divided into 2 Parts:
1. Introductory/Induction Program:
- This is a program which focuses on the training for new drivers & making them capable enough to be consistent & confident in the long run.
- We also brief the drivers with the introduction of Company, Roles & Duties, Rules & Regulations, Safety Measures, Interpersonal Skills; Vehicle Documentation and legal compliances.
2. Routine Training:
- This training is for all the drivers and the staff and is conducted on monthly basis.
- This program emphasises on Grooming & Personality Development; Communication & Interpersonal Skills & Behavioural Aspects of the Driver & Company Staff.
- Upgradation trainings are also done in this i.e. keeping the staff & drivers upgraded on the new traffic rules; RTO norms regarding vehicle & driver compliance etc.
QUICK RESPONSE TEAM (QRT)
• We have 24/7 Control Room to attend all operational calls.
• We have a dedicated resource/site in charge deployed for each & every client which ensures smooth transitions of daily ETS operations as well efficiently handling the daily transport related issues / compliances.
• Panic button is installed in every cab that is accessible to employees travelling the Cab. Panic button is pressed to signal control room in case of any emergency / contingency.
• GPS is installed in each cab to track the vehicle & provide GPS report to client in case of any Cab Delay or Traffic related issues.
